Case 01 · Cross-border · North America → Europe
From one market to many — margin up 12%
Background: A cross-border seller already running a multi-store operation on Amazon North America, with growth and risk concentrated in a single market.
What we did: Planned the entry into Europe, completed localized compliant setup, and built a multi-platform, multi-channel presence.
Result: Annual profit margin rose 12% versus before — growing profit while spreading operational risk.
Case 02 · Industrial OEM · European brand → acquisition & IPO
An OEM became a European brand, then was acquired and listed
Background: A traditional manufacturing-and-trade factory with a single revenue channel, no own brand and no overseas footing.
What we did: Restructured the business model, broadened revenue channels and built a sound finance, legal and tax structure; and coached it to build a local brand in Europe and root into European local e-commerce platforms.
Result: Enterprise value rose markedly; the company was ultimately acquired by a domestic industry leader and entered an IPO path.
Case 03 · European legacy brand · Capitalization
A near-century brand freed its cash flow and entered a capitalization path
Background: A nearly hundred-year-old European brick-and-mortar brand, with excess inventory and cash-flow risk.
What we did: Set an online strategy, expanded channels and cut inventory to free up cash flow; and designed and helped execute its European capitalization path.
Result: Cash flow returned to health, and the brand is now moving up a capitalization path in Europe along the route we designed.
